Warm hospitality awaits in the gracefully restored 1840 stone manor house in the heart of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Home of Oscar Hammerstein II and his family for 20 years, you can now let history inspire you in comfortable surroundings. Relax on the wrap-around porch where Oscar Hammerstein II wrote lyrics for the great American musical, Oklahoma! Stroll through the library where Mr. Hammerstein worked at his standing desk. Sit in the grand living room where he entertained artists such as James Michener, Richard Rodgers, George Kaufman, Moss Hart, and Stephen Sondheim.

Highland Farm offers three guest rooms, each furnished with a distinct personality reflecting a Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, providing a unique charm and quiet elegance that is perfect for a romantic getaway, an extended vacation, or business travel.

During summer months, guests can take a dip in the first in-ground swimming pool in Bucks County (pool towels are supplied).

Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a glass of wine and assorted cheeses.
